2003-10-10 Presentation of mobile laboratory for atmospheric composition observations and climate diagnostics at the world-wide congress devoted to change of global climate. Presentation of unique mobile laboratory for atmospheric composition observations and climate diagnostics was held within worldwide congress devoted to change of the global climate in Moscow on September 26 - October 3. Mobile carriage-laboratory was made to observe atmospheric composition. The carriage-laboratory was developed by means of mutual cooperation of STC "RADEK", Russian Institute of Railway transport, Moscow, Russia, and A.M. Obukhov Institute of Atmospheric Physics RAS, Moscow, Russia.
